A 19-year-old woman was arrested at a White Plains Victoria's Secret yesterday for dumping a vat of chili on a $750 panty display out of anger. The weirdest part is, she wasn't caught when she did it, but rather 3 months later when she returned to the scene of the crime and was instantly recognized by a VS employee.
