Janine called Jesse over and over again wanting to discuss their custody arrangement and wanting to talk to their daughter, James told police.

Police then issued a harassment warrant and she was arrested at her home in Texas and taken to Hayes County Jail.
Jesse was awarded sole physical custody of seven-year-old Sunny by a judge in Orange County, California on Monday and this prompted Janine to bombard him with phone calls.

The former porn star predicted that she would get into trouble before her arrest, telling RadarOnline.com: 'I think it is a bitter sweet thing Jesse paying for the program to help with my anxiety and depression.'
'I know by going to Texas that I run the risk of being arrested because of what happened before, but all he has to do is let me speak to our daughter Sunny.'
