Kate Middleton flaunts tiny waist, toned legs at Canada Day festivities

Statuesque Kate Middleton showed off her tiny waist and toned legs in a stunning purple Issa jersey dress at the Canada Day celebrations in Ottawa July 1, 2011.
Middleton, 29, was accompanied to the festivities by husbandPrince William, 29, as more than half a million people braved crowded streets and temperatures of more than 90°F to catch a glimpse of the striking royal couple.
Kate Is 'Extremely Disciplined' About Her Diet
The size-two, 5'10" Kate, who lost a dramatic amount of weight in the months leading up to her April 2011 wedding, looked skinnier than ever in several body-hugging dresses she changed into throughout the day.
While rumors have swirled that Middleton has an eating disorder, her friends insist she's merely a light eater.
"She's never had an eating problem; she's just extremely disciplined," said a source.
Middleton, a fitness fanatic who played hockey, tennis and swam as a child, work out at least an hour every day and watches her diet strictly.
Picnics, Boat Race on Agenda
On July 4, the athletic royals will participate in a dragon boat race on Prince Edward Island. William and Kate will compete against each other on different teams, but will not paddle the boat themselves (which is ironic, since Kate is a strong rower).
The newlyweds will then participate in other athletic activities, picnics, military ceremonies and official state dinners before heading to California for two days.
After William and Kate make stops in Ottawa, Ontario, Gatineau, Quebec, Montreal, Quebec City, Prince Edward Island, the Northwest Territories and Calgary, they will fly to California, where William will play in a charity polo match July 9.
