She has been exercising hard with an array of gruelling workouts and kick-boxing sessions to snap her body into shape for her upcoming nuptials to fiancé Jay Cutler. And yesterday 24-year-old reality star Kristin Cavallari showed just how much her hard work has paid off as she slipped a Missoni bikini.
In the very skimpy two-piece, The Hills star appeared toned following her intensified exercise regimes.

And judging by the look on Kristin's face, she was clearly please with the results.
With barely a scrap of make-up and her hair down loosely around her shoulders, the budding actress appeared to not have a care in the world as she skipped along the sand.
The epitome of the ultimate Californian girl, the swimsuit complemented Kristin's glowing skin and blonde mane.
Oddly Kristin recently revealed she was not happy with her appearance on her hit show The Hills, which ended last year.
She said she thought she looked 'fat' on the show in recent interview, where she was discussing her bikini body and fitness regime.
'I remember filming The Hills and I saw a photo of myself in a bikini and thought I looked really fat, and I went on a crazy diet,' she told People magazine. 'It's hard when people judge you.'

Now at 5'3 1/2", the reality star weighs a lean 109lbs, the result of several work-out sessions with her trainer.
'I worked out with my trainer three times a week then did cardio on the treadmill for 40 mins. But the biggest thing for me was cutting out alcohol; when I'm hungover, I eat whatever I want,' she said.
She said at first her new relationship with fiancé NFL star Jay Cutler caused her to gain weight.
'When I first started dating Jay I gained about 8lbs. And it was like 'I've got to get back to the gym. I can't eat like a 6'4" guy!' she said.
And when Kristin does slip her body into a bikini, she says she will always select the skimpy kind.

'I automatically go to string bikinis. I really have no shape, and it gives me a bit of a butt,' she said.
The star became engaged to Cutler in April after a holiday in Mexico.
The Chicago Bears quarterback proposed during the romantic beach getaway.
An insider told America's People magazine: 'He surprised her with a quick trip to Cabo to ask her to marry him.'
Kristin, who first rose to fame on MTV reality show Laguna Beach, recently gushed about how happy she is.
'I'm in love... and it's been great,' she said earlier this year.

She first started dating Cutler last autumn and has had previous relationships with Brody Jenner and Justin Bobby, fellow co-stars on The Hills.
There's no news yet on when the pair are getting married.
Since The Hills ended in 2010, Kristin has tried her hand at acting, appearing in straight-to-DVD release National Lampoon's Van Wilder and American High School comedy Wild Cherry.
