Jasmine Waltz Sex Tape: Coming Soon! Or Not!

We're very confused.

Yesterday, news broke that a Jasmine Waltz sex tape would soon hit the market. But the former David Arquette (and Ryan Seacrest... and Chris Pine... and Jesse McCartney) lover said she was "absolutely shocked" by the development.

This is way too easy.

Now, however, sources confirm to TMZ that Waltz and her manager met with Vivid Entertainment last year and actually signed a contract. It stipulated that Jasmine could pick her own "male talent" and would be paid $60,000 up front, along with 25% of the "back end" profits.
But the deal fell apart and, somehow, someway, a supposedly private video of Waltz and someone she claims to be an ex-boyfriend has leaked online. It's a shocking situation, akin to learning that Keeping Up with the Kardashians actually scripts its storylines.

Kim Kardashian: Spandex Sexy In Beverly Hills

Treating herself to a post-workout meal, Kim Kardashian was spotted at Nate and Al's diner in Beverly Hills, California earlier today (July 11).

The 30-year-old "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star donned an all-black fitness ensemble as she filled up on grub after her pre-wedding gym session.

Meanwhile, a friend of the soon-to-be Mrs. Kris Humphries has dished some all-important details about Kim's quest to find the perfect wedding dress, telling press, “Everything became real when Kim tried on gowns for the first time. When she tried on a veil, she started to tear up. She said she knew it was all meant to be! She’s on cloud nine right now.”

As for what type of dress we can expect to see on Kardashian for her forthcoming nuptials - her pal says it could be just about anything, as the insider told the mag, "Strapless bodices and different-shaped skirts, everything from slinky satin to fuller mermaid style. She wants it to be a little bit of high fashion, but also timeless, classic and classy. It will be ivory, and most of the detailing will just be stitchwork or beading."

Kim Kardashian X-Ray's Her Behind

Reality star Kim Kardashian is so sick of people questioning whether her behind is real or not, that she went and got an X-ray to prove that it is all natural and not enhanced. UsMagazine.com is reporting that Kim went to her family doctor to help her prove that her ass was real and not her enhanced with implants.

In an upcoming episode of the reality show 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians,' Kim goes to her family doctor and tells him, "My sisters have dared me to get a butt X-ray. I really just want to get [it] so I can show the whole world."

Her sister Khloe suggests a more hands on approach by the doctor, "You could just feel her ass up and see if it's real. You're a doctor -- you'll know."

Khloe later on went to say, "The fact that Kim is actually laying on a table and actually getting an X-ray of her ass is, like, [her butt is] iconic. Are you serious?!"

Khloe later tweeted the imageof Kim and her x-ray saying, "Kim got a butt X-Ray... See, it's REAL!!! LOL"

Kim also tweeted a message, proudly disproving her detractors, "Haha! The things my sisters have me do! Proof baby!"

Kim Kardashian is so familiar with her own naked body ... she recently noticed a photo of her own bare breasts on an unauthorized album cover ... and immediately sent her lawyers into attack mode!!



Turns out, two music producers -- Terrace Martin and Devi Dev -- used a photo of a woman's bare chest on the cover of their album "Terrace Martin & Devi Dev Present: The Sex EP" ... and it just so happens the image was a close up from Kim's nude photo spread in W magazine.

Kim's lawyers fired off a cease and desist letter to Terrace and Devi demanding they swap out the pic -- and stated, "We cannot imagine why you thought you had the right to use this photograph without permission."



T and D immediately replaced the photo with another woman's bare bosom -- claiming they had no idea the original boobies belonged to Kim.

Devi Dev tells TMZ, "We didnt even know they were her boobies because obviously I don't recognize her by her nipples."
