Kim K -- My Naked Breasts Have Been EXPLOITED!
Kim Kardashian is so familiar with her own naked body ... she recently noticed a photo of her own bare breasts on an unauthorized album cover ... and immediately sent her lawyers into attack mode!!
Turns out, two music producers -- Terrace Martin and Devi Dev -- used a photo of a woman's bare chest on the cover of their album "Terrace Martin & Devi Dev Present: The Sex EP" ... and it just so happens the image was a close up from Kim's nude photo spread in W magazine.
Kim's lawyers fired off a cease and desist letter to Terrace and Devi demanding they swap out the pic -- and stated, "We cannot imagine why you thought you had the right to use this photograph without permission."
T and D immediately replaced the photo with another woman's bare bosom -- claiming they had no idea the original boobies belonged to Kim.
Devi Dev tells TMZ, "We didnt even know they were her boobies because obviously I don't recognize her by her nipples."

Arnold Used Santa Monica Office for Romantic Liaisons

Arnold has now come forward and revealed he did indeed have a baby with a member of his household staff approximately 10 years ago, and finally revealed the secret to Maria after he left the governor's office this past January.
TMZ heard the story of the baby last week, but members of Arnold's team threw up a wall and claimed ignorance.
Now our sources say there were other women -- at least two of whom repeatedly came to his office at around 1 AM with manila envelopes and would spend hours there. Sources familiar with the office when these women were coming in -- approximately 5 - 7 years ago -- say there were several bedrooms in the suite where they would go.
People familiar with Arnold's operation tell TMZ ... Arnold kept his home staff and business staff separate. The woman whom he impregnated was a member of his household staff.

Lindsay Lohan Sentenced to JAIL!!! Not for #jackdanielshoney

Judge Stephanie Sautner just threw the book at Lindsay Lohan for her probation violation, sentencing her to 120 days in county jail!!!
Lindsay has been remanded into custody and taken to the basement of the courthouse for booking. Lindsay's lawyer has said she'll appeal, which means Lindsay is entitled to post bail.
Lohan was also ordered to complete 480 hours of community service -- 360 of those hours must be performed at the Downtown Women's Center, so Lindsay can see how needy women have to live. The remaining 120 hours will be served at the L.A. County morgue.
Judge Sautner explained that Lindsay should have called the store and notified the owners about the necklace sooner. She waited several weeks and returned the necklace after finding out the cops were about to raid her house.
Sautner seemed influenced by the surveillance video, which she saw for the first time in court today. Sautner agreed with Danette Meyers, who argued Lindsay used her friend Patrick as a decoy to distract the clerk.
