Elizabeth Hurley Is A Sexy Cougar In London

Elizabeth Hurley Attends UK Premiere Of A Single Man
Elizabeth Hurley turned out for the UK premiere of A Single Man at the Curzon Mayfair in London in a green print halter dress by Cavalli.  She looks fantastic – all curves and cleavage.  The color of her dress really sets off her hair.  Well played, Liz!

NBC Rejects 'Wonder Woman' Series Over New Costume

Oh the embarrassment. After the much-hyped "Wonder Woman" remake was announced to have signed its cast, word's just out that NBC has rejected bringing the series onto the network. You may be shocked to learn what NBC saw as the show's biggest problem...
It was Wonder Woman's costume. "Friday Night Lights" star Adrianne Palicki was reported to have beat out multiple other well-known young actresses for the part of "Wonder Woman" in the pilot of the superheroine remake for NBC. With David E. Kelley at the helm, it looked as though the show would be an absolute go, especially when English model-actress Elizabeth Hurley announced she'd be playing the villain.

Not so, says NBC, now that they've seen the pilot. Turns out what got taped was totally underwhelming and Palicki failed to impress. Not helping was the fact that Wonder Woman's famed outfit had been redesigned in a fashion that just clearly isn't working.
Remember the busty, feminine stars-and-stripes getup Lynda Carter sported? Adrianne Palicki was made to don a red bustier with angular adornments and PVC pants instead of the classic blue starred hot pants.

On her feet? Shoes so strange and ugly they rival Lady Gaga's taste; a played-down pair of cowboy boots that look more like something a Kentucky farmer would wear than a sex-symbol superhero. The UK's "Daily Mail" says they believe wardrobe stylists were going for a Greek goddess look; and indeed they had to be living in a mythical world if they thought this outfit would fly.
So, "Wonder Woman" is a no-go, which is a disppointment for longtime fans everywhere. Meanwhile, who should they have cast? Put Katy Perry in a Wonder Woman getup and stunt classes...now that would get some ratings.

NEW! The Babes of the New Charlie's Angels

When it comes to reboots of classic franchises, I don't like them. Give me originality over repackaging any day!

But if remakes must be made, networks should at least choose classic shows that involve hot chicks. Enter ABC's reimagining of the classic '70s program Charlie's Angels. Along with NBC's Wonder Woman, Charlie's Angels is one of the most high-profile pilots being created for the upcoming fall season. And just like we did with Wonder Woman, it's time to pass judgment on the show based on one promotional picture.

First Look: The Babes of the New Charlie's Angels
Why do I suddenly have a craving for neapolitan ice cream?

Above, you see (from left to right) former General Hospital star Annie Ilonzeh as Kate, Aussie actress Rachael Taylor as Marisa, and Friday Night Lights' Minka Kelly as Abby. I see what looks like a women's shampoo commercial.

Charlie's Angels is pretty much a lock to make it on ABC's schedule this fall. And with former Smallville showrunners Alfred Gough and Miles Millar taking control of the show, it may also be good!

It's never too early to ask: Which of the Angels above is your favorite? Also: Ladies, what is up with Taylor's outfit? Is that actually in style?

Wonder Joan

I started out trying to draw Joan with a masquerade mask, and then it sorta turned into a Wonder Woman type thing. Speaking of which, wouldn't Christina Hendricks be an AMAZING wonder woman?!
