Carly Cole shows off her trim figure in two bikinis before she gets pregnant with baby No.2

As a former fitness instructor, it didn't take long for WAG Carly Cole to bounce back into shape following the birth of daughter Ruby last year.
So it looks like she's making the most of showing off her trim size 8 figure in Marbella while she still has it, as she plans to get pregnant again in the immediate future.
The I'm A Celebrity star worked on her tan in two different bikinis as she soaked up the sun in the Spanish resort with her footballer husband Joe.

The East Londoner, 26, started off her day in a blue halterneck bikini top and tiny white shorts as she headed to the beach with a blonde friend.
But then later she slipped into a white two-piece, which she wore under a yellow maxi dress, for an afternoon with husband Joe.
The couple and their daughter Ruby, 14 months, headed to the Ocean Club, where Katie Price and Calum Best were partying today.

The Coles are just the latest in a long list of celebrities, including Kerry Katona and stars of The Only Way Is Essex, to besiege Marbella in recent days.
Having given birth to Ruby in March 2010, Mrs Cole admitted recently she was desperate to get pregnant again and revealed the couple would be trying this summer.
She told Closer magazine: 'This summer we will start.
‘I’ve been very sleep-deprived, but Ruby’s my life now. We plan to have around four kids – or maybe three, we’ll wait and see!’

But it remains up in the air whether Joe and Carly will bringing up their next child in Liverpool or not.
Joe, 29, moved from Chelsea to Liverpool on a free transfer last July, but his first season at the club has been below expectations, due in part to injury problems.
Earlier this month, Queens Park Rangers boss Neil Warnock denied speculation he was planning to buy Cole out of his four-year contract at Anfield.

Nude gyms, the next big thing?

Not everyone is convinced:
Sceptics suggest that running full tilt in the buff might not be entirely enjoyable, though. Sports underwear, they point out, was invented for a reason.
But the gym owner denies her concept is impractical.
"Being a naturist doesn't mean being daft. If a woman needs to, she can put a top on!" says Merche Laseca. "But there's cycling, weightlifting and the Stairmaster: there's lots you can easily do naked."Story from:

The 13 geese
When we were in Barcelona, we visited the Gothic cathedral of Santa Eulalia , which keeps 13 geese inside it's cloister. It was so pretty!

Palau Musica Catalana
Palau Musica Catalana is such a gorgeous building! Barcelona had the most gorgeous Art Nouveau (which, in Barcelona, is called Modernism) architecture, and this place was drop dead gorgeous... (full of organic ceramic work, glass, and colored tiles!)
